We are Canada\xe2\x80\x99s leader in custom branded apparel, but we are just scratching the surface of our potential. Job Summary: This is a 1-year contract, covering a maternity leave. This is an in-office position. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will work on a variety of weekly revenue-generating campaign assignments, with the goal of driving conversion across our online and offline communication channels. **NOTE: PORTFOLIO SUBMISSION REQUIRED. • Accountability \xe2\x80\x93 strive to deliver a higher conversion than your last design.
• Drive Revenue \xe2\x80\x93 design and deliver campaign assets that drive ecommerce conversion and generate sales. Channels include email, website banners, Google Business Profile posts, direct mail.
• Bring Design Expertise \xe2\x80\x93 have a clear understanding of design best practices that drive ecommerce conversion.
• Focus on Speed \xe2\x80\x93 ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while balancing creativity in design execution.
• Detail Oriented \xe2\x80\x93 strong attention to detail and accountable for own QA.

• This individual possesses a strong passion for graphic design and driving conversion.
• Last two work experiences must come from an ecommerce or SaaS lead gen setting, focused on driving online conversion.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strong communication skills.
• Completed program in Design, Art or Advertising at college or university level.
