As our Graphic Designer, you will be playing a vital role in enhancing the Aviron brand identity across all channels. You will be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for a variety of creative material for print, online, promotional, etc. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques, and also have experience partnering with other designers, writers and outside resources to implement marketing campaigns. Responsibilities:

  • Produce, conceptualize and develop design elements across print, web and mobile, product, banners, and social and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal departments to prepare and create graphic elements and a wide variety of design materials from concept through to completion.
  • Editing, colour-correction and mock ups of product and lifestyle images.
  • Create unique social content for organic social channels.
  • Develop company deck graphic templates for department presentations, PR, and stakeholders.
  • Gather image, music and VFX assets to create an internal media resource library.
  • Manage multiple projects, with varying and overlapping timelines according to Creative Sprint cycles.
  • Project manage and prioritize deadlines to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Work cross-functionally with external departments to improve communication and establish a clear creative process.
  • Coordinate print and digital production needs with internal and external partners, as needed.
  • Ongoing training and knowledge of current industry design trends.
  • Support Sales department with promotional assets (booklets, banners, etc.) as needed.
  • Support Product department with Dev design requests as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Education / Experience:
  • Must have college or university education in Graphic Design and/or Visual Communication.
  • Must have 5-6 years\' experience in Creative design roles, preferably in a high-volume environment that required exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • High-level of proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), MS Office Suite and Google Suite is required.
  • Must have ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Design experience across print, digital, mobile, and video platforms (social media and web design) is required.
  • Must have strong creative skill-set to ensure the brand is positively reflected and consistent across all creative communications and mediums.
  • A solid understanding of grammar and punctuation is a must.
  • Must be self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving and project management abilities to meet weekly deadlines.
  • Must be able to work exceptionally well in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have:
  • Familiarity with Web UX & UI Design.
  • Working knowledge of Motion Design.
  • Experience working with influencers.
  • Experience with Video and Photo shoots.
  • Copywriting and copy-editing capabilities.
