• Participate and collaborate in the design and production of graphic concepts in accordance with established graphic guidelines.
• Layout, assembly and layout according to the supplied layouts.
• Execute adaptations and variations of concepts and formats.
• Participate in the development of graphic, creative and innovative solutions.
• Prepare production files.
• Ability to make color adjustments and adjustments.
• Prepare all necessary materials for the deployment of digital web advertising projects.

Experience / requirements / hard skills

• A portfolio that will reveal strengths in design, identity and design, as well as an understanding of web platforms.
• College diploma in graphic technology.
• 1-3 years experience in an advertising, design or similar role.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma (an asset).
• Bilingualism.
• Innovative and creative; artistic sense, graphic and visual sensitivity.
• Excellent web culture and technology savvy.
• Curious by nature and open to anything conceivable with a pixel.
• On time and able to work under pressure.

Soft skills

• Strong organizational skills and good ability to prioritize
• Ability to analyze and understand client needs
• Ability to work with a web development team (marketing, integrator, programmer, designer, seo specialist)
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
