Job Description

The graphic designer will be responsible for:
\xe2\x80\x93 Working with the sales team to provide technical support, advice and price quotes
\xe2\x80\x93 Communicating with customers to clarify needs and ensure good customer service
\xe2\x80\x93 Perform good project management by taking care of orders from start to finish
\xe2\x80\x93 Propose innovative solutions to create added value for the customer
\xe2\x80\x93 Stay informed of design trends and new technologies in the field
\xe2\x80\x93 Perform artistic creations according to technical specifications
\xe2\x80\x93 Some front end cash help will be required
\xe2\x80\x93 Providing quotes from multiple vendors for customers
\xe2\x80\x93 Billing customers and keeping them informed of their job status
\xe2\x80\x93 Finishing work, binding, cutting, perforating, folding, padding etc. Requirements and skills: \xe2\x80\x93 Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, with at least 2 years experience
\xe2\x80\x93 Exceptional knowledge of the Adobe CC programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in both Macintosh and PC operating systems
\xe2\x80\x93 Competency in Microsoft software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent multi-tasking abilities
\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to work under pressure and be autonomous
\xe2\x80\x93 Be a great team player
\xe2\x80\x93 Have a good knowledge of printing and prepress techniques
\xe2\x80\x93 Have exceptional organizational skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Be customer oriented
\xe2\x80\x93 Exceptional attention to detail
\xe2\x80\x93 Post press production experience is an asset
\xe2\x80\x93 Cashier experience is an asset Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
