We are looking for a graphic designer to join our growing marketing, communications, and recruitment team on our Dawson Creek Campus. You will collaborate on, and design, a wide variety of materials across both digital and traditional media. You\'ll translate written or spoken ideas into brilliant creative ideas, present them, iterate graphics, illustrations, and publications, and ensure final designs are visually appealing and on brand. You will bring to the position a creative flair and a strong ability to conceptualize visuals based on requirements, strong eye for aesthetics and visual composition, and show amazing attention to detail. In order to be considered for this role, the candidate must be located within the region or willing to relocate.



Qualifications:

Minimum requirements of a diploma in graphic design, visual communications, or related field, plus two years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a portfolio that showcases a strong understanding of design, image manipulation, layout, typography, and color. Fluency in Windows, macOS, and mobile environments, and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as developing templates for Microsoft Office required. In order to be successful in this role, you should have the ability to manage a variety of simultaneous projects within tight deadlines and have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with having strong interpersonal skills, mature judgement, and diplomacy. You must be able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team. A current driver\'s license is required.
