• Good business acumen and ability to deal with customers and businesses.
• Developing and launching marketing strategy for new and existing products.
• Planning, executing and analyzing campaigns and business models
• Working closely with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Sales team; assisting and providing their partners with all marketing related materials
• Ensuring marketing and sales data is accurately entered into the company\'s CRM
• Managing relationship with a wide range of marketing vendors including creative, online, web development and print companies.
• Creating new content for company newsletters, social media, website and other online/offline initiatives.
• Produce and continuously update corporate level and client marketing material;
• Experience managing and producing social media content for small businesses;Ability to create lead generation campaigns for both B2B and B2C.
• Participate in corporate brand projects and assist in producing corporate identity items.
• Assist in the design and maintenance of various corporate/ client websites.
• Design corporate advertising for print and event sponsorships.
• Research competitive products and materials and continually conduct analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
• Managing marketing inventory and stock
• Participate in collaborative meetings to review and understand project scopes
• Participate in developing a corporate social media strategy
• Provide artistic technical direction to vendors and consultants on various projects

What you will have:

• Background: Track record of creating content for social media, HR branding, content series, product videos, potentially a YouTube channel; personal project experience is completely acceptable.
• Must be self-motivated and a detail oriented individual with the ability to handle multiple projects, problem solve and have an excellent sense of prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Adobe Suite and Microsoft (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to have a collaborative approach and leadership quality to influence and manage various relationships.
• A great portfolio showcasing your design, branding and campaign skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey creative concepts to the team
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with content creation
• Strong layout abilities and design Fundamentals Understanding of print and digital standard
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for consistency \xe2\x80\x8d\xe2\x80\x8d
• Ability to listen and interpret feedback
• Must foster positive team atmosphere
