Job Purpose: As a member of the Marketing team, the Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and producing original content that aligns with the brand identity and meets the needs of the target audience. Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for a variety of mediums, including websites, social media, advertisements, and print materials.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions that meet business needs.
• Produce original content, ensuring all designs align with the brand identity and are visually appealing to the target audience.
• Review and make revisions to designs as necessary to ensure the highest quality possible.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies and incorporate new design elements into work as appropriate.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are completed on time.
• Present designs to stakeholders and receive feedback, making necessary revisions to ensure designs meet expectations.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in graphic design or a related field or let your killer portfolio and years of experience speak for you.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and effective designs.
• Strong conceptualization skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions that meet business needs.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to spot errors and make necessary revisions.
• Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present designs and receive feedback effectively.
