About this role:

The Go-to-market lead role ensures global sales programs and processes driven by Sales Strategy & Operations are effectively adopted in the country and ensures local market nuances are taken into consideration

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Act as the local Sales Strategy & Operations (SSO) business partner (support the country sales lead in sales strategy setting and local implementation of SSO programs).

Has a helicopter view and deep understanding of the roadmap and programs driven by the Sales Strategy & Operations teams

Actively builds and maintains network and relationship with the global and country (sales) executives and leadership teams.

Collect & distribute practices across the local sales teams globally.

Apply \xe2\x80\x98rigour\xe2\x80\x99 within the country when adopting new ways of working.

What will you bring to the table?

Proven experience in program management, consulting or sales roles with clear managerial experience.

Clear evidence of consistent and exceptional leadership performance

Strong communication & presentation skills, adapts easily to audience

Experience in multi-layered stakeholder management

Strong problem-solving and executional to ensure effective implementation

Data driven, \xe2\x80\x9cbusiness first\xe2\x80\x9d focused, proactive, creative and innovative;

Self-starter, able to work well independently as well as a teamplayer;

True Ambassador for change management in the country, always leading by example and coaching by demonstrating best practices
