The role

As a Communications & Go To Market Advisor, you will own communication strategies & go-to-market execution around various marketing initiatives that impact the Freedom retail channels. Whether it is a device launch, a new rate plan, or a security bulletin, the Coms & GTM Advisor will lead the creation and execution of the retail communication as well as ensure there is lasting frontline adoption of the message. The Advisor owns the overall retail team member experience of the assigned launch and strives to ensure that we execute flawlessly through clear communications and go-to-market support through frontline enablement calls, emails, and group chats.

A typical day

In this role you will spend your time working on assigned communication requests, collaborating with the assigned stakeholder who will come to you to help them execute their communication and launch requirements. As a communications expert, you will write the copy for the retail communication and work with the stakeholder to ensure it meets their expectations. You will also consult with stakeholders on launch tactics and best practices to create a plan that achieves the best possible experience for our stores. Your day will also be focused on finding effective and efficient ways to improve overall communications and enablement tactics and ensure that they meet the needs of both the business and the channels.

Your skills/experience

• 3 to 5 years of written communications experience.
• 3 to 5 years of sales, marketing, and knowledge management experience. Telecommunications experience is an asset.
• 3+ years of cross-functional team/stakeholder management
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Seasoned verbal communicator with the ability to present confidently at various organizational levels
• Solid understanding of sales enablement processes and critical elements
• Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Ability to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information
• High level of Microsoft Office proficiency
• Web development & coding experience is an asset.
• Fluency in French is an asset.
