Our Partner is a highly innovative start-up technology company providing computer vision cloud solutions. They utilize hyperspectral sensors and analyze data in real time utilizing AI. Surviving spaces such as agriculture, manufacturing, aerospace, and more.

The Role:

In this position as the \xe2\x80\x98Director to Go to Market\xe2\x80\x9d you have a track recording of successfully managing and scaling high performing sales teams. You have experience in SaaS or with AI or cloud based solutions. You have strong leadership skills and are innovative and enjoy working in a fast paced startup environment. you would be responsible for managing and leading the development of the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall go to market strategy for the North American market. You will lead all Sales efforts. In this position you will establish the overall sales process and strategy, scale out and manage the sales team, identifying opportunities, new business expansion, pipeline management etc.

The Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and and implements GTM strategy to achieve overall company and revenue goals
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and business opportunities through outbound and inbound efforts
  • Responsible for building out/ scaling the sales team
  • Responsible for setting sales targets and managing and coaching the sales team.
  • Conduct weekly/ monthly forecast reviews and conduct quarterly performance reviews
  • Collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders to align on demand generation efforts
  • Work with the product team to understand product offering and how to position products in the market and to deeply understand use cases and product features
  • Keep up to date with market trends to improve sales strategy and efforts.
  • Manage sales budget.
The Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales 2+ years in leadership capacity in Software, SaaS/ Cloud/ or AI industries
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience successfully building out and leading a high performing sales team.
  • 2+ years experience in the SaaS, AI or cloud-based solutions required
  • Experience in a startup environment. A self-starter that is comfortable working independently and building out strategies from inception through execution.
