We\'re looking for a Go To Market (GTM) Specialist to support the Data Insights, Advanced Adverting & GTM team within the Rogers Sports & Media Revenue division.

As the, the successful candidate will help manage, execute and measure growth marketing strategies for Rogers Sports & Media Ad Manager. They will also support across various B2B and internal sales enablement programs, including the launch of a new sales enablement platform.

We are looking for a committed, hard-working and passionate marketing professional who can help drive our growth marketing and sales enablement opportunities. someone who can get right into the details

What you will do \xe2\x80\xa6

Assist in the creation and distribution of external sales collateral and internal sales material

Coordinate and maintain a sales training and content distribution calendar for GTM and Data/Insights groups

Assist in the management of our Sales Content Enablement platform, supporting sales team usage and ongoing content maintenance

Assist in growth marketing programs for RSM Ad Manager, our self-serve ad buying platform

Manage performance marketing campaigns in Meta, Google & LinkedIN for RSM Ad Manager, ensuring we reach CPL goals

Manage and monitor campaigns across RSM network (Display, Video, Digital Audio & Radio)

Ensure required tracking / conversion pixels and tags are in place to enable accurate performance reporting

Communicate performance and key actionable insights to relevant stakeholders

Assist in the development of new lead generation programs, such as Webinars and BIA engagement

Assist in the development of creative briefs for new marketing creative and transactional content

What you will bring:

Two years of experience in performance marketing

An understanding and instinct for the customer experience and journey

An analytical approach. Ready to dig into performance data and determine what\'s delivering against business objectives

Attention to detail with excellent organization skills

Strong communication skills - oral and written

A team player mindset, confidence and willingness to learn

Technical skills: experience in Adobe Analytics or other Analytics software, Meta Ad Manager and Google Ad Manager would be considered an asse
