En tant que gestionnaire de la gestion immobiliere chez CBRE, vous serez charge de superviser l'equipe responsable de toutes les activites operationnelles et financieres d'un bien immobilier unique ou d'un petit portefeuille de biens immobiliers.



Ce poste releve du secteur de la gestion immobiliere. Ce secteur assure l'exploitation des batiments pour le compte d'un client ou d'un groupe.



Vos responsabilites:

Agir en tant que personne-ressource principale aupres des proprietaires, en tant que representant du proprietaire, pour veiller a la realisation des objectifs. Preparer et fournir des rapports precis, complets et en temps opportun. Repondre aux besoins et aux problemes des locataires. Elaborer et controler les budgets annuels pour les depenses d'exploitation et d'investissement. Prevoir des plans de gestion et preparer des rapports de rendement mensuels, en expliquant les ecarts. Contribuer a la creation de programmes qui aideront le bien immobilier a faire face aux situations d'urgence. Preparer tous les avis requis par la loi. Examiner les loyers des locataires et les frais de recouvrement de l'entretien des parties communes pour s'assurer que les paiements sont effectues a temps. Montrer l'exemple et incarner les valeurs RISE de CBRE dans tous vos faits et gestes. Influencer les parties ayant des interets communs afin qu'elles parviennent a un accord. Mettre en pratique le savoir-faire de sa propre discipline et l'integrer a ceux des autres pour atteindre les objectifs de l'equipe et du service. Reperer, diagnostiquer et resoudre les problemes quotidiens de complexite moderee pouvant ou non se manifester dans les systemes et les processus existants. Superviser le personnel de maniere formelle. Veiller a la formation et au perfectionnement du personnel. Effectuer des evaluations de rendement et offrir un encadrement. Superviser le recrutement et l'embauche du personnel. Coordonner et gerer les activites quotidiennes de l'equipe. Etablir les horaires de travail, attribuer les taches et assurer la formation mutuelle du personnel. Etablir et suivre les echeances du personnel et du service. Mentorer et encadrer si necessaire.


About the Role:


As a CBRE Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio of properties.


This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.


What You'll Do:

Act as primary contact with property owners, serving as owner representative to ensure that objectives are being met. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate and complete reports. Respond to escalated tenant needs and issues. Develop and control annual budgets for operating and capital expenses. Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance reports, explaining variances. Help create programs that will assist the property with emergency recoveries. Prepare all required legal notices for approval. Review tenant rent and common area maintenance recovery charges to ensure payment is on time. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.

Nos exigences :

Baccalaureat de preference avec trois a cinq ans d'experience dans le domaine. Au lieu d'un baccalaureat, une combinaison d'experience et de formation sera prise en consideration. Habilete a mener des echanges d'informations confidentielles, complexes et epineuses, a communiquer les attentes en matiere de rendement et a resoudre les problemes. Habiletes a diriger afin de motiver l'equipe et de favoriser la qualite, l'efficience et l'efficacite des activites professionnelles et du service. Connaissance approfondie des produits Microsoft Office. Par exemple, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Competences organisationnelles avancees et fort esprit de curiosite. Experience anterieure en gestion immobiliere dans le secteur des sciences de la vie, un atout

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Past property management knowledge with the Life Science sector an asset
