Compensation:

From $27.00/hour (commensurate with experience)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Location:

On-site, Canmore, Alberta

About the Role

Radiance Plastic Surgery is seeking a full-time

Medical Office Assistant / Clinic Administrator / Patient Coordinator

to join our incredibly busy plastic and reconstructive surgery practice.

You may be an experienced MOA or medical receptionist, or you may come from a dental, spa, hospitality, or luxury service background where you developed exceptional customer service and organizational skills. What matters most is that you are reliable, adaptable, and able to manage sensitive patient situations with professionalism and empathy.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will represent our

Responsibilities

Welcome patients, answer phones, and manage front desk reception with professionalism and empathy Coordinate patient scheduling, referrals, and physician calendars using EMR (QHR Accuro an asset) Provide attentive follow-up with patients after appointments and surgeries Support patient care by discussing procedures, skincare, medical aesthetics, and treatment options Process and maintain accurate electronic medical records, billing, and data entry Assist with surgical bookings and act as back-up for the Senior MOA when required Maintain clinic flow and ensure treatment areas are organized and patient-ready Perform administrative tasks including email, filing, scanning, faxing, and courier handling Protect patient confidentiality at all times in accordance with privacy legislation Manage supply inventory and office resources Complete medical and insurance forms as required
Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a medical clinic, dental practice, or other high-volume, client-facing environment such as hospitality, spa, luxury retail, or premium service industries Training or experience with Electronic Medical Records, QHR Accuro considered an asset Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Apple systems Medical Office Assistant program or equivalent healthcare administration training considered an asset but not required
