As our next Receptionist, you will be fully engaged in our lifestyle brand that spans product and services both in retail and wholesale environments.

You easily build relationships with clients and staff, is organized and a top multi-tasker!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
Answer the telephone and answer queries from prospective or existing clients in a polite manner.
Be a strong brand steward, booking appointments and ensure that our clients schedules are accommodated as best as possible
Take appointments and record them accurately in the appointment book.
Advise clients about appointment availability
Advise barbers and estheticians about appointments.
Ensure the salon schedule is optimized, ensuring appointments are given out when available and that the schedule is as full as possible.
Make calls and/or send reminder messages to re-arrange or reschedule appointments when asked to do so by the supervisor.
Maintain the reception area and shop clean and organized, including stock shelves, launder and fold towels and sheets.
Greet clients coming into the salon in a professional, approachable and friendly manner
Offer beverages and make beverages for clients whilst they wait for their appointments.
Handle payments by processing customer transactions, issue filing receipts and maintain accurate records both in shop location and online platform.
Perform marketing and promotional tasks, such as handing out brochures if needed.

Team player and role model
Work experience in the hospitality or marketing industry is an asset
Proven experience in delivering top customer service
Confident and calm under stress with the ability to make appropriate decisions as a leader
Solid organizational skills and able to manage scheduling appointments with ease

Basic computer skills are necessary as well as basic math and money handling skills
