Greet and assist patients with check-in/check-out procedures
Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage the schedule using
Jane App
Process insurance claims and direct billing, especially through
Telus Health
Assist with WSIB and MVA patient documentation and communication
Coordinate with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and osteopaths to support smooth clinic operations
Maintain organized patient records and administrative files
General administrative support and basic clinical assistance as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a
physiotherapy or medical clinic
is required
Proficiency with
Jane App
and
Telus Health
billing platforms is a strong asset
Experience handling
WSIB
and
MVA
cases is preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and support both admin and clinical teams
