Job Summary:



We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative duties, and supporting daily front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks. Monitor visitor access and maintain security procedures (e.g., sign-in/out). Provide general information to visitors and answer inquiries. Coordinate with other departments as needed for administrative support.

Qualifications & Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary education is an asset). Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
