Front Desk Reception - Wellness Within

About the Opportunity

Wellness Within is looking for a welcoming, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a

dual-role Receptionist

. This unique position blends time at both our

Yoga Front Desk

and our

Main Spa/Health Reception Desk

, giving you a variety of responsibilities within our wellness centre.

You will

begin training on the Yoga Desk

for your first month, focusing on learning studio operations, cleaning, and client support. After that, your schedule will include a

mix of both desks

--with the majority of shifts at the Main Reception Desk and ongoing support shifts at the Yoga Desk.

If you enjoy variety in your workday, love being part of a wellness environment, and have strong customer service and time management skills, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

Yoga Front Desk & Studio Support (ongoing part of role):

Cleaning studios, mirrors, shelves, floors, and carpets Restocking and cleaning bathrooms and changerooms Washing showers Doing laundry and dishes Greeting and assisting clients before and after classes Supporting memberships, packages, and general inquiries

Main Spa & Health Reception (majority of shifts after training):

Welcoming and assisting spa, health, and fitness clients Answering phones and booking appointments Managing client check-in/out and retail sales Handling payments and membership discussions Supporting spa, wellness, and movement teams with operational needs Maintaining cleanliness of front reception and common areas
Schedule & Training

Approximately

5 shifts per week

evenings and weekend

First month: Yoga Desk training After one month: Begin Main Desk training (requires

daytime availability during training sessions

) Long-term schedule: A
