Duties
Greet residents, families, and visitors in a warm and courteous manner.
Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to inquiries promptly.
Monitor entry and exit activity to ensure a secure and welcoming environment.
Provide information and assistance to residents and guests, supporting a high standard of hospitality.
Maintain front desk and lobby cleanliness and presentation.
Assist with scheduling, filing, and other light administrative tasks as assigned.
Communicate effectively with all departments to coordinate resident or guest needs.
Support emergency and safety protocols as required by company policy.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
Competence with basic computer programs (email, scheduling, or POS systems).
Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or senior living is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
