Duties:
Be able to work Sunday to Thursday 9-5
-Responsible for production of fresh pasta for wholesale and retail customers.
-Production of pasta sauces, meals, pickles, and condiments.
- Must have two years minimum experience in food prepping and cooking
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Monitor food quality and ensure customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a small team
