Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including dining tables, floors, and restrooms.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or functions.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
