Job Description

What we're looking for:



At least 1 year of kitchen experience

Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and knife skills

Someone who can take direction and move quickly when it gets busy (This is very important, We get busy)



This is a hybrid position FOH/BOH. Applicants will be trained as counter attendant and kitchen.



Day-to-day responsibilities:



Setting up and stocking stations with everything you need

Prepping ingredients (like chopping veggies, butchering meat, or making sauces)

Working alongside the kitchen team to cook menu items

Keeping track of inventory and making sure everything's stocked up

Ensuring dishes come out on time, perfectly cooked, and delicious

Following food safety and sanitation guidelines

Keeping a positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers

Shutting down and resetting the kitchen after closing

Being a team player but also able to work independently



You should be:



Punctual and reliable

Available for late-night shifts and weekends (Weekdays 1:30am - Weekends 2:30)*

Requirements:



Food Safe Level 1 certification

Valid work permit
