You\'ll learn our sought after set of systems and procedures while working closely with your FOH and BOH Teams. • You\'re a pro at first impressions and welcome each guest warmly and with enthusiasm
• You\'re aware of your surroundings and offer a helping hand to all guests whenever needed
• You\'re enthusiastic about our offerings and share your menu knowledgeable in order to make best recommendations
• You value organization and structure and utilize seat-specific ordering so to not auction food when it is delivered to the table
• You\'re accurate and precise when entering information into the POS system ensuring communications are clear for the BOH team
• You able to respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern
• You take pride in your work space and monitor the cleanliness of section
• You keenly follow all food safety standards and systems
• You love to go above and beyond for special requests or celebration and take food preferences and guest allergies seriously
• Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications

• Proven prior experience in a similar position
• High attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, restaurant experience considered an asset
• Full availability
