3+ years experience with a minimum 1-year previous casual fine dining
experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately, utilizing computer systems for billing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Adhere to food safety and handling guidelines to ensure customer health and satisfaction.
Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding menu items and specials to enhance customer experience.
