Summary

As a Causal Fine Dining Server at Rawley Resort, Spa & Marina, you will provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your role is vital in delivering outstanding service that aligns with our commitment to luxury and hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests during their dining experience. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service. Process payments accurately using the Squirrel POS system.

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests effectively. Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
