Are you passionate about crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering unforgettable experiences? Ruth's Chris Steak House is looking for a talented and energetic Fine Dining Server/Bartender to join our team.

What You'll Do:

Be the face of Ruth's Chris, welcoming guests with genuine warmth and southern hospitality. Use your excellent communication skills to connect with guests and teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Showcase your knowledge of wine and spirits (a plus!) to enhance the dining experience. Build rapport with guests, ensuring every visit feels special. Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver the Ruth's Chris standard of excellence.

What We're Looking For:

A positive, outgoing personality with a knack for making people feel at home. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure. Previous bartending and serving experience (fine dining or upscale environments a plus!).

Ruth's Chris was their favorite steak house for years before the ownership group was awarded the Alberta territory for the brand in 2005. Our group continues to focus on the same basics in hospitality that built the brand to what it is today.

Pay: $15.00-$60.00 per hour
