We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.Position Overview:We\'re actively searching for an experienced, dedicated, and dependable Fine Dining Restaurant Operations General Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the fine dining Japanese restaurant. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. The GM will drive the restaurant\'s success by achieving financial goals, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, and fostering a positive work environment.What we offer:

Responsibilities:Operational Management
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and local laws.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and control food and beverage costs.
Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of chefs, servers, and support staff.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet the needs of the business while controlling labor costs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and staff development.
Customer Service
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regular patrons and VIP guests.
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and social media feedback.
Financial Management
  • Develop and manage the restaurant\'s budget and financial goals.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maximize revenue through effective pricing strategies, promotions, and special events.
  • Control costs through efficient purchasing, inventory management, and waste reduction.
Marketing and Promotion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Organize and oversee special events, private dining experiences, and seasonal promotions.
  • Network with local businesses and organizations to increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
Menu Development
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine the menu, ensuring it reflects the restaurant\'s concept and meets customer expectations.
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate new culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all dishes served.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-end, fine dining restaurant, preferably specializing in Japanese cuisine.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding dining experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine, culture, and dining etiquette is highly desirable.
