Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our full-service fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fine dining environments, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep knowledge of wines to complement our curated menu. This role requires a hands-on leader who can ensure operational excellence, maintain high service standards, and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service for 180 guests across indoor (80 seats) and outdoor terrace (100 seats) areas.
Manage and train a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional fine dining service.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of our wine program, including pairing recommendations and inventory management.
Foster a positive, guest-focused culture, addressing customer feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain consistency in food and beverage quality.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and vendor relationships to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
Required: Minimum of 5 years experience as a manager in a fine dining restaurant.
Required: Strong knowledge of wines, including varietals, regions, and food pairings.
Proven leadership and team management skills in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
