Toyota Northwest is looking for a highly driven, qualified Finance Manager. The successful candidate will receive a extremely competitive commission pay plan and fill a very important position in a highly competitive work environment with a large group setting. The right candidate will be:

- Have 3+ years experience as a Finance Manager working with imports in the automotive industry
- Understanding and ability to execute all related tasks
- Ensuring that customers are 101% satisfied with their experience
- Amazing customer service skills
- Proven track record of addressing and overcoming customer objections during the sales consultation process
- Strong ability to demonstrate and explain finance related products including their features and benefits in a simple and easy to understand method
- Must have the ability and experience of achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs
- Previous Finance Manager Experience working with imports is a must (3 years)
