About the Role:
The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for driving value by providing financial and data analyst support across OTT to ensure that key drivers of the business are quantified and well understood, the right business decisions are made among competing options, and that capital is being deployed as efficiently as possible.
Role Accountabilities:

  • Finance planning and analysis.
  • Managing company financial statements for various legal entities and facilitating external audit process and information requests.
  • Supporting the management of overall program and project budget.
  • Leading the development and management of the Financial Plan along Forecasting and Reporting for the full P&L including volumes, revenue, spreads, fees, expenses and losses for all various Real Estate projects.
  • Leading monthly/quarterly financial and KPI forecast cycle.
  • Developing and maintaining deep relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders across the business.
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting on financial and operational results, as well as supporting any special projects.

Qualifications:
  • University Degree / College Diploma in Business / Finance / Economics or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • A CPA CGA, CMA, CA member or CFA.
  • Minimum of 7 - 10 years in Finance and/or Data Analytics roles with experience in fast paced environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the accounting firms would be an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access. Strong experience with SQL, Python, or Scala or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of Google Analytics or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify key trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills and people management skills.
  • Related working experience in Real Estate would be an asset.
