Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Facilitate Financing Options

: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.

Credit Management

: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.

Sales of Add-Ons

: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.

Transaction Completion

: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Relationships

: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.

Compliance

: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need:

Proven experience in sales and automotive finance, with knowledge of credit reports and subprime financing, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build trust and close deals Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering a seamless purchasing experience Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven to learn and grow Previous automotive experience is a strong asset
