F&I Manager

, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless purchasing experience for our customers. Your expertise will guide them in exploring financing options, selecting essential add-ons, and finalizing their vehicle purchase with confidence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Facilitate Financing Options

: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and present tailored financing plans.

Credit Management

: Analyze credit applications and liaise with a network of lenders to secure competitive financing solutions.

Sales of Add-Ons

: Offer valuable products like extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages to enhance customer satisfaction.

Transaction Completion

: Oversee the preparation and execution of all financing and insurance-related paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.

Customer Relationships

: Deliver exceptional service, fostering trust and loyalty to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.

Compliance

: Ensure all processes adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Need

Proven experience in sales and financial transactions, with previous automotive experience a strong asset Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset. A track record of success in sales and achieving performance targets. Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
