The Job
: The successful candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven individual with one years' experience as a Receptionist in an Automotive Dealership or comparable customer service experience. The successful candidate will have:
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle Cash/Debit/Credit transactions
Professional appearance
Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
Extremely dependable and punctual
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
Positive "can-do" attitude, with willingness to learn
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers, guests and other associated businesses
The Qualifications required:
Previous working experience as a Receptionist in an Automotive Dealership or Repair Center is an asset
Able to effectively communicate: verbally, in writing and listening
Strong attention to detail
Drivers License with clean record
Able to manage people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
Post-Secondary diploma or equivalent Results driven with a customer focus* A positive attitude with the ability to work both in a team setting & independently
