Part-Time receptionist needed for busy real estate office, located in Cobourg. Candidates with administrative and real estate office experience is preferred. Wage based on experience. Monday to Friday 2.00pm - 6.00pm evenings and 10.00am - 3.00pm on the weekends. Hiring soon. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact and the face of the company. Primary duties include: Answer telephones and input messages using BrokerBay (message System) Confirm appointments, updating listing information and appointment instructions into BrokerBay Offers (via Webforms) - preparation of offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms/documents Following up and responding to emails, general typing, photocopying, scanning documents, uploading and filing. Greet and assist clients and sales representative, and other duties as assigned. Candidates must have strong reception experience, customer service skills,computer skills - able to navigate using different software programs, work well under pressure while multi-tasking, and positive attitude.
