We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with team members to maintain high standards of service and food safety.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Must be age 19 or older and able to obtain Serving it Right certification.
