Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Cloud Technology Developer (m/f/d) with the Ericsson Cloud RAN (Radio Access Networks) Engineering team in Ottawa. Ericsson graduate programs: Early Career program ECP
What you will do

• Actively contribute to Cloud technology leadership
• Guide technology innovation in the field of Cloud RAN based solutions
• Influence based on your technology competence
• Play an active role in the Cloud RAN solution development process feeding in generic solution development experience
• Drive technology leadership beyond the current product horizon and supervise small PoC development teams
• Take a visible leadership role in projects with partners outside Ericsson
• Be part of the job and team rotation as described in the early career program

You will bring

• Education: M.SC. in computer science or electrical engineering or similar.
• New grad 0 - 2 years experience
• Advanced programming skills in languages like Java and Python, any other programming language will be an advantage
• Experience in software development in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge about cloud technologies, cloud architecture, micro services, automation and related practices (DevOps, CI/CD)
• Good understanding of Telecom networks
• Knowledge and experience in RAN
• Knowledge of IP networking and IP solutions development
• An innovative attitude and a track record in innovation activities
• A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally
• \xe2\x80\x9cCan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, result driven and unconventional problem solver, having a business attitude and capability to inspire others
• Excellent English language skills
