Intrado is responsible for some critical parts of our everyday life. Our team is seeking a highly skilled Lead Cloud-Native Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Full Stack development, Micro Services, Kubernetes/Containers, J2EE, Spring Boot, Azure/AWS, and Single Sign-On (SSO). In this role, you will lead the development of cloud-native applications and ensure the technical success of our products.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using Full Stack, Micro Services, Kubernetes/Containers, J2EE, Spring Boot, Azure/AWS, and Single Sign-On (SSO).

• Lead a team of developers and collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and automated testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex systems.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools that could improve our software development processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud-native development.

Minimum Qualifications:

• BS/BA required, preferable in Computer Science.

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack development and Micro Services architecture..
• Strong experience with Kubernetes/Containers, J2EE, Spring Boot, Azure/AWS, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Familiarity with Jira and/or other project/issue management tool.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to technical and non-technical audiences. .
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a team environment or working individually.

• Passion for the industry and ability to stay up to date on the latest topics and trends.
• Desire to work on and with high visibility, multi-national companies, and brands.
