Role : The Azure Cloud Developer reports to the Director of Core Insurance Solutions. The incumbent has proven experience with Azure cloud solution development, deployment, and operations. Following industry best practices, the Cloud Developer is proficient in automating Azure cloud infrastructure and is eager to share his expertise by means of documented guidelines, procedures, and standards with the Core Insurance Solutionsteam and other Equisoft teams, as required. Equisoft /Manage is a cloud SaaS Policy Administration System designed to offer a comprehensive suite of features that streamline insurance operations, providing a seamless experience for both insurance providers and their clients. Our platform allows insurance providers to reduce hosting and support costs, stellar speed-to-market, leverage state-of-the-art integration while stay secure & compliant. Our platform also provides advanced analytics and reporting tools that provide insights into customer behavior, allowing insurance providers to tailor their services to their clients\' needs.

Your Day with Equisoft:

• As a member of the Information Systems department, he understands his horizontal role across the organization, and he thrives to provide his internal customers with the best service possible.

with the support of the Cloud Architect, Cloud Administrators, and other Equisoft IT Specialists, the Cloud Developer is expected to automate the deployment of new Azure cloud solutions using Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform, Ansible), Azure DevOps pipelines, and Azure\'s SaaS/PaaS/IaaS components.

• He is also expected to continuously improve existing cloud solutions and related tooling, security, operational capabilities, and support documentation.

Requirements:

Technical

• Bachelor\'s degree in software engineering or information technology, or a college diploma combined with 5 years of relevant experience.

• Keen interest for cloud solution deployment and automation.

• Experience automating cloud infrastructure using Azure pipelines, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep, Ansible, or Terraform.

• Knowledge of the Azure cloud in general (API Management, Application Gateway, VPN gateway, VMs, NSGs, Functions, Web & Logic App, Service Bus, Storage, Azure CLI, PowerShell, etc.)

• Expertise with product development lifecycle and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.

• Experience with containerization and Kubernetes.

• Excellent knowledge of English & French (spoken and written)
