We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced After Sales Customer Support Repto join our Engineering team, working 100% on-site from our office located in Puslinch, ON.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist internal and external customers with technical inquires Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer and represent the company in a positive manner Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding; use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured Prepare and complete accurate work including notating of accounts as required Maintain broad knowledge of Pentalift products and processes Work closely with the Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure accurate solution alignment Independently trouble shoot live issues over the phone with customers Document and report results with recommended best practice solutions for issue remediation Prepare circuit, assembly and detailed drawings, complete with Bills of Material Develop electrical/hydraulic circuits and component layouts and collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure accuracy Complete sales and approval drawings for customers as well as processing of parts orders as required Determine materials required and create purchase requisitions Troubleshoot and modify designs and recommend corrective actions as required Enter production order data into ERP system Register internal part numbers and enter Bill of Materials in the ERP system as required

Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design or related discipline Minimum 2 years' working experience as a CAD technician or similar role 2-3 years of CAD (Auto-CAD Mechanical, and Solid-Works Software) experience 1-2 years of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or other ERP experience considered a strong asset Knowledge and experience related to Electrical and Hydraulic technical design Experience in a fast pace environment with an aptitude for time management and multi-tasking Possess a positive attitude and work well in a team environment Good attention to detail and quality of work Strong verbal and written communication skills
