We support commercial, residential, and industrial clients with high-quality products and reliable service. We're looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales / Administrative Assistant to join our team and be the front-line support for customers and technicians.
What You'll Do
Inside Sales / Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries regarding locksmith services, cameras, access control, and hollow metal doors.
Prepare and send quotes for keying, lock hardware, CCTV packages, door/frame installations, and service calls.
Assist customers in selecting hardware, security products, or appropriate solutions.
Follow up on open quotes and service requests to support the sales team.
Enter jobs into the system accurately (hardware type, equipment required, site details).
Maintain customer accounts and update CRM notes.
Coordinate with technicians and outside sales staff to ensure job details are complete.
Administrative Duties
Answer phones, greet customers, and assist walk-ins (including key-cutting requests).
Schedule technicians for locksmith, camera, access control, and hollow metal door work.
Prepare job folders, service sheets, and installation checklists.
Create purchase order requests when applicable for hardware, doors, frames, cameras, and supplies.
Help maintain inventory lists.
Assist with invoicing and organizing job files.
Perform general office tasks and maintain an organized workspace.

Experience in the security, construction, or hardware industries is an asset (but not required).
