Job Description

The Fire Safety Coordinator will focus on providing superior customer service to our clients within a very fast paced environment. The position will report to the Fire Safety Manager and will work closely with the other Fire Safety Coordinator. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour unpaid lunch.

Core Duties:

Take lead on incoming calls. Assist in overseeing Fire Safety emails, Maintenance Issues report and Service Technician's scheduling. Create service tickets/work orders. Schedule confirmations. Review & send daily Fire Safety Reports. Liaison between Salespeople and Service Technicians. Inside sales/service repair quotes. Back up scheduling. Other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Related post-secondary education or equivalent education and combined experience. 2 to 3 years in a similar type of position in a fast-paced environment. Previous scheduling experience is an asset. Demonstrated ability working within a team environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP system is an asset. A passion for providing exceptional customer service. Advanced knowledge in Customer Service requirements as per fire alarm systems is an asset. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities including diffusing difficult situations. Clear criminal record.
The pay for this position will be based on education and experience.
