Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Acheson, AB. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Pay rate: $20/hour
Location: Acheson, AB
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 830 AM - 5 PM
Job type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent

Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and requests, in person and by phone/email and processing payments when required
Answering phones and emails and directing calls where required
Entering data in a precise and efficient manner
Mailing/shipping of correspondence and packages
Filing and maintaining paperwork
Operating office equipment
Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous work experience in a customer service role, facing customers, or administration role is a must
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Able to function well as part of a team or independently
Excellent communication and time management skills are a must
Should have a professional and clean appearance with a constantly positive attitude while communicating with clients
Should be available to work on a full-time basis
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
