Job Description
Miraj Trading is a leading hobby store in Montreal and we are looking for driven individuals to join our growing team.
The Sales & Customer Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day communication with customers across email, social media, and other platforms. This person supports the sales team by identifying potential opportunities, assisting with customer inquiries, and contributing ideas to help grow overall sales and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet customers.
Help organize and place products in store.
Answer to customer inquiries in person and online platform.
Create customer orders for in-store pick up.
Maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
Ensuring store fixtures are clean and presentable.
Great to have:
Understanding of various sports and key rookies.
Previous experience in team sports like hockey, basketball or soccer.
Past personal experience in collecting cards (Pokemon etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
