We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Associate who's eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of key operational tasks.
What You'll Do
Operational Support
Create and edit menu items on Clover POS for all stores, ensuring accuracy across systems.
Set up promotions, manage pricing, and update offers on POS and delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Door Dash, Skip The Dishes, etc.).
Assist with onboarding new stores.
Track daily sales, prepare performance summaries, and organize reports using Excel.
Maintain organized communication and documentation through Outlook.
Customer Support
Monitor Google Reviews and email feedback; send follow-ups to franchise owners for resolution.
Handle customer inquiries via email or phone, ensuring every guest feels heard and supported.
Record issues and follow up with stores to make sure solutions are implemented.
Communicate with store managers for any catering related inquiries.
What We're Looking For
Strong computer skills -- comfortable using Excel, email, and online platforms.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to take initiative.
Ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting their career in operations or marketing.
