Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism and excellent phone etiquette in all interactions.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
Accurately log all customer interactions using our CRM (e.g., Zoho) and internal systems.
Analyze customer feedback to help improve our service processes.
Collaborate with teammates to meet support targets and share best practices.
Be available to work evening shifts (1 PM to 9 PM) and on weekends.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in customer service or sales (travel, tourism, or hospitality experience is a plus).
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English.
Strong phone presence with a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and resolve issues.
Accuracy in data entry and familiarity with CRM tools.
A positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to delivering top-tier service.
Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.
