In this position, the Customer Support Associate will serve as an integral part of our sales team, offering crucial support through customer relationship management, lead development, and engaging product demonstrations. Working closely with other Customer Support Associates and sales professionals, you will ensure seamless operations while building long-lasting customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer support as a Customer Support Associate by responding to inquiries, offering personalized solutions, and addressing product or service concerns with efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct engaging, hands-on product or service demonstrations as a Customer Support Associate to showcase value and create impactful sales opportunities.
Participate in regular team meetings to evaluate customer satisfaction and monitor progress toward sales objectives, contributing insights as a proactive Customer Support Associate.
Research and analyze market demographics to pinpoint target customer segments, tailoring sales approaches for stronger engagement and greater market reach as a knowledgeable Customer Support Associate.
Collaborate daily with Account Management Representatives and other Customer Support Associates to maintain consistent communication, strengthen customer relationships, and support ongoing sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience as a Customer Support Associate, or in sales, retail, marketing, or other client-facing roles, is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers, present offerings clearly, and build trust as a Customer Support Associate.
Highly self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to grow within the Customer Support Associate and sales roles.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with Account Management Representatives and fellow Customer Support Associates to achieve sales success.
