Sales & Customer Engagement Associate (Real Estate)

Monday-Friday, 12 p.m. - 7 p.m. (hours may vary)

What You'll Do

Engage with project registrants to build trust and identify qualified leads. Communicate confidently in

Mandarin, Cantonese, and English

to support diverse buyers. Schedule and confirm appointments with Treasure Hill Sales Associates to drive traffic to our presentation galleries. Share accurate and engaging project information to encourage in-person visits. Record all interactions in the CRM (

HubSpot

) and keep lead information up to date. Prepare short daily summaries outlining opportunities, challenges, and next steps. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer follow-up. Provide an exceptional, professional customer experience that reflects the Treasure Hill brand. Participate in ongoing sales and CRM training to continuously enhance performance.

What You Bring

Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required)

Clear and engaging verbal and written communication skills in English Previous experience in

real estate, customer service, or sales

(preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing data Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and team-focused mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is an asset)

What Success Looks Like

You consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly lead conversion goals. You help drive traffic to Treasure Hill's presentation galleries through genuine connections. You maintain high data accuracy and deliver top-tier service in every interaction. You take initiative to improve customer engagement and sales results.
