Employee Experience Program Manager

We\'re looking for someone to fill this highly influential role within our People and Culture team. This role provides the unique opportunity to be a leader and partner in determining the future of the employee journey at Servus.

As a key member of the Culture Employee Experience team, you design, implement, and manage a variety of programs that support \'moments that matter\' along an employee journey. As a design thinking expert and project manager, you create a cohesive ecosystem and program offering that is managed, measured, and improved. Success as the Employee Experience Program Manager leads to improved attraction, retention, engagement, and the ability to link these directly metrics to the business\' key performance indicators.

Lead Employee Experience Programs:

  • Lead projects through keys stages of design thinking, implementation, measurement and operationalization of flagship employee experience initiatives and programs
  • Measure impacts of programs using various platforms to improve and validate program offers
  • Provide effective briefings to leaders.
  • Development and operationalization of programs includes full-scope program development for each persona which includes but is not limited to: program guides, communications, supporting documents & materials, technology/platform rollouts, measuring success, event creation, iterating programs based on pilot feedback, researching vendors for partnerships, and ongoing program delivery.
Partner with the business:
  • Collaborate with the people & Culture team, the business, and Vendors to create and rollout programs.
  • Develop a deep understanding and empathize with the end user experience based on key personas like candidate, employee, people leader, and executive leader
Requirements:

To qualify, you\'ll need at least the following:
  • Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive human resources experience specifically around the employee journey, employee experience, and listening campaigns.
  • Experience in analyzing data, designing, and implementing surveys and programs.
  • Broad experience as a Project Manager on a range project utilizing agile project management and design thinking
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR certification (e.g. CHRP, SHRP, PHR, SPHR)
  • PMP designation (or another suitable alternative)
