Reporting to the Director General, the Director, Human Resources is responsible for
planning, organizing, coordinating and managing all functions and activities in the
area of human resources, including labour relations. The Director is responsible for
establishing, implementing and following-up on annual objectives as well as for the
delivery of services provided by the Human Resources (HR) Department.
