Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Specialist with great experience and passion for assisting in developing, integrating, and delivering software components into our informatics platforms.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in Linux management, Kubernetes administration, build engineering, and cloud technologies.
You will primarily help in designing and building robust CI/CD pipelines for building and delivery our software, standing up and managing Kubernetes clusters, and maintaining cloud architectures.
You will work with a group of talented developers and technical staff to identify issues and areas of concern before they arise and to ensure the smooth operation of our platforms.
As a DevOps Specialist, you will help contribute to the software development process, aiding to improve the tooling and processes in delivering out solutions.
You should have a track record of supporting the implementation of technical solutions and be recognized as a solid contributor with a good grasp of the breadth and depth of your team's code base.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional DevOps experience in a diverse set of technology disciplines.
2+ years of Kubernetes experience (or 1 year Kubernetes with solid networking experience)
Experience implementing CI/CD solutions and pipelines with technologies such as Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub actions, Azure DevOps.
Good knowledge of object storage, relational database systems and data storage
Experience using configuration management (Ansible) and/or IaC (infrastructure as code) is highly desired.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
