About the Role:

As the Demand Marketing Lead for ABM + Database, you will play an integral role in developing and executing data-driven ABM strategies to optimize the sales pipeline, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer engagement. Collaborating with marketing, sales, Biz ops, MarTech, and partner teams, you will create targeted campaigns that engage key accounts, nurture leads, and accelerate the sales cycle. This role demands strong analytical skills, a focus on campaign strategy, program design/management/execution, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced ABM, demand generation and CRM strategies to drive demand, revenue growth, and customer engagement for mid-market and enterprise merchants
  • Exhibit proficiency in data manipulation and work adeptly with relational databases to extract valuable marketing insights, perform in-depth data analysis, and inform data-driven marketing strategies
  • Leverage marketing technologies and toolings to optimize campaigns, segment and target accounts, and measure performance
  • Collaborate with MarTech and BizOps teams to configure CRM database, enabling Sales and Marketing teams to collect and utilize critical data for nurture and targeted messages
  • Partner with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensure seamless lead handoff, and create targeted outreach campaigns that engage key accounts, nurture leads, and accelerate the sales cycle
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Data Science, UX, FED, and other cross-functional teams to develop thoughtful, deeply integrated multichannel programs across digital media, offline media, content, brand, PR, event, field marketing, and partnership to accelerate the sales cycle
  • Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in the face of organizational changes, ensuring the team remains productive and responsive to evolving business needs
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on ABM, demand generation, and database marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in SFDC configuration, including: optimize the sales process by creating custom fields, page layouts, and validation rules; create, customize, and analyze reporting dashboards for lead conversion, opportunity and sales pipeline management;
  • Proficiency in procuring, utilizing ABM platforms (e.g. Demandbase, 6sense, Marketo Engage, and Terminu, etc.) and integrating with internal systems.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills and proficient in query languages, data visualization and analytics tools, including SQL, GraphQL, looker studio, google analytics, etc.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment
